Sid “Jackboots” Ryan of CUPE Ontario: Israeli academics must condemn Israel now or face an immediate ban at Ontario universities.
CUPE overlord Ryan wants Israeli academics to lose their jobs unless they submit to his demands. In other words, you will be assimilated; resistance is futile. Typical Union-Borg mentality.
Palestinian academics do not face similar requirements to keep their jobs. CUPE is not forcing them, of course, to denounce the terrorist Hamas organization that relentlessly provoked the current Israeli military response in Gaza.

I would like someone to tell me when in history has any individual been singled out and asked to make a public statement of “outrage” based on their nation of origin? Sid Ryan has lost his mind.
I don’t really feel Ryan is insane; he’s simply demonstrating his true philosophy, which is a belief in censorship and indoctrination.

Dhimmi News Channel (aka “A” Channel) here in London, Ontario apologizes for reporting the news. You see, they broadcast a story about a Gaza fundraiser here in London where an imam read the poem “Identity Card” with the following final stanza:

London lawyer Faisal Joseph had this comment:
“I could have anticipated that it could be used inappropriately by media outlets to inadvertently cause misunderstanding,” he said.

I guess “used inappropriately by media outlets” includes simply reporting the news as it happened. Tsk, tsk. Bad dhimmis.
UPDATE: Terrorist supporters to rally in London, Ontario today.
Facebook has an event listed for the march under the name Silent March of Mourning.
Speakers from the Muslim community, the labour council and politicians will be on hand for the event.
