Free speech wins a battle

Lemire “wins” his case before the HRT inquisitors. Of course, in real court, he would be, at the very least, partially compensated. Not so in ‘roo court.

The war continues…But is this the beginning of the end of Section 13?

Others are cautiously optimistic:
VICTORY for free speech in Canada…
Section 13 inconsistent with the Charter!
Hajis conclusion and some of mine

And scaramouche presents a scary possibility:
Nothing that can’t be reversed by an Iggy victory in the next election.

Gulp! A reminder to stay vigilant.

And an Iggy victory remains a real possibility if some people are going to actively campaign for it.
