You said it Rex:

And between the Liberals and the Conservatives…Who would you say has the best ‘skipper’?

Love it! Rex is always spot on.

The man ELECTED , our Prime Minister.

Iffy doesn’t have what it takes, good judgement.
Donolo can make decisions for him, tell him what to say, how and when to say it.
As long as there is a stage and a script, the puppeteer can control the marionette.

That’s going to make the Libs foam at the mouth. How dare Rex Murphy say anything bad about the “Natural Governing Party”!

Man, when I heard the Ig made the ‘Natural Governing Party’ remark, I just about popped a gasket. What an incredibly arrogant thing to say. Just what I’d expect from a Harvard man. Hope he goes back and soon.

The Conservatives have the Skipper while the Liberals have Gilligan.

Hah — that’s good.

… Thanks Natasha. I love Rex- incredibly eloquent and insightful. Of course, as he becomes older, he becomes less socialist. He’d be a great addition at the Post- the voice of true Canadians.

Rex has nailed it, if Iffie thinks that Donolo will turn things around he is sadly mistaken. The lib problem is not with staffers, it is with the leader. On another thread, Boob Rae saying that the H1N1 deaths are the fault of the PMSH and his staff is out of this world. Methinks he should be sued…argee

Rae said that? What a jerk. If he said it in the House of Commons, I don’t believe he can be sued…don’t they have protection that way? I think.

man Rex is a breath of fresh air on the CBC radio station the only one I like on there.

Its interesting that since the departure of Duffy that the CTV is now even more partisan than the CBC. Its not that the CBC has magically become just non partisan, just that with Tom Clark et al CTV seems even more partisan than CBC.

Ouch, Rex must be drinking the CPC right wing kool-aid or looking for a senate appointment….

Rex is an equal punch you in the face opportunist. Great commentary, sums up the Liberal problems in a nutshell.

13 MooseandSquirrel October 31, 2009 at 7:37 am

I think it’s the lefties that drink all the kool-aid. This right-winger prefers rye and water. ;)

Yes, Rex does sum it up well.

Good ole Rex compares Iggy to the captain of a ship. Well all I have to say is I hope to hell he goes down with it. (literally)

You wouldn’t even throw him a life preserver?
