Speaking of someone who doesn't know their ass from their elbow, we have Carolyn Bennett, stuck on swine, still ranting with flailing hands about the handling of the swine flu non-epidemic, blaming it all on the government of course.

One would think a medical doctor such as Bennett would know their ass from their elbow or have a thought process beyond a turnip.

Guessing the Donolo factor hasn't kicked in yet.

You should have known the double entendre of that [compliment?] given it's source.(Anyone classing Chretien as a 'communicator' with his abominable language skills is either insane or lying)

What Katsmeat is probably slobbering over is not Iggy's ability as a communicator - because god knows he's so obviously stiff, dry and inept relating with common people as the Cretch was, - no, Katsmeat is jubilant over Iggster's new-found ability to put his long-held personal values and ethics on the hook and wade in the befouled waters of deceit, hypocrisy and duplicity (as he did on section 13). To Katsmeat a duplicitous leader is a strength, no wonder the Cretch was his hero, he was the epitome of situational ethics and as mean and vicious as a cornered bilge rat - tells us all we need to know about Katsmeat and genetic Librano 'values'.

Iggy has been Liberal leader for almost a year now, and I have no idea what he stands for. How would a government lead by him be different than one lead by Harper? What are his big policy concerns?

Progressives liked to depict Ronald Reagan as dumb, but everyone knew what he stood for, and with a few memorable words he could make his position crystal clear.

I have no really image of Ignatieff's policies. It's a vague amorphous blob of mush in my mind. So who's the dumb one and who's the great communicator?

Iggy needs an exit strategy. How many more stupid things will the liberal elite have him say or do before the man suffers a heart attack from the humiliation.

I'm not a McGuinty follower and so I can't fairly evaluate his communication skills other than to say, what I heard him say and what I have seen him do, seems to be a trend of contradictions.

As for Chretien, I absolutely never found him a great communicator. He was a very fortunate politician, having a divided right. There lies his success, not communication.

I suspect that Spinsella simply believes that if a Liberal communications guy touches it, it will turn to gold but is Donollo even as great as everyone is making him out to be? I have never found him terribly engaging and in fact at times I have felt him to be somewhat arrogant and overly chatty.

A change to Ignatieff's demeanor and delivery will be nothing but smoke and mirrors and I think they are giving Donollo far to much credit to achieve it too.

Iggy seems to communicate in that strange language known only to many Toronto residents - bite every ankle that does not agree with you , and kick ass all the time - fortunately Canadians seem to have come to understand the empty message from these "entitlists" - these two bookwriters make a perfect pair
