Well, reasonable people already knew this, but it’s nice to have it finally confirmed in the hucksters’ own words. It seems this is the REAL inconvenient truth that Almer Goretry didn’t want the public to know.
And in case you’re thinking it’s probably a hoax, it seems there is confirmation from Phil Jones of the CRU.

But it isn’t just the emails that are of interest — take a look at some of the documents. One PDF entitled “Rules of the Game” is very informative. A sample:

Right…I’ve got it. Scientific data is insufficient to make people upend their economies, so you’ll have to prey on their emotions: fear being the most effective motivator, I suppose. And it can be especially effective when you instill intense fear into young schoolchildren.
Still, a Word document that I found very interesting is one named “uea-tyndall-shell-memo”. Now, smarter people than me can probably tell whether it’s that significant or not. What I found curious is how the AGW crowd always links “deniers” with Big Oil; yet here’s this memo referring to developing a “stategic partership” between the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research and Shell International. The following is an excerpt:
2. Shell’s interest is not in basic science. Any work they support must have a clear and immediate relevance to ‘real-world’ activities. They are particularly interested in emissions trading and CDM.
Well, of course they’re interested in emissions trading and CDM (Clean Development Mechanism).
Here’s my question: Suzuki used to say we should jail politicians for being deniers and refusing to act on AGW. Now that their little AGW swindle has been exposed, will there be any criminal charges laid against the real scammers?

I have said for some time the junk science and intimidation of critical/dissenting scientists used to justify the draconian political solutions to this fraudulent AGW crisis will ultimately be exploded and utterly trash the validity of AGW activists and carbon profiteers.
The science is so thouroughly debunked I’m amazed politicos even go the motions of frauds like the Copenhagen wealth transfer summit. I must be hard to pretend all this climate crisis regulating is based in real science.
After this, no one should allow their elected reps to talk as if AGW is factual or worthy of the radical political solutions offered by hysteria mongering global socialists.
Stick a fork in AGW and climate crisis hysteria – it’s done like dinner. I hope this backlash doesn’t stop until Al Gore is jailed for fraud. And heat up a cell for Dr. Fruit fly as well.

The real story for Canadians is that two of our own were the most responsible scientists in the world for causing this fraud to be exposed. McIntyre and McKitrick have demonstrated consistently that only fraud could have produced these temperature records. They have tried for years to get this data. They knew all along what they would find.

So far, I don’t know which is scarier, the deception or the money they have to propogate it! Big Climate indeed.
I’ve said all along that when this scam is finally exposed for what it is, if there’s any justice at all, some people will be spending big time in prison.
I hope this is the beginning of pulling back the curtains on this deception.
Be sure to take the information to your nearest Conservative MP office. Pressure them to make it as public as possible, so that everyone can see that Global Warming really was nothing more than a tool of the left to try force us into socialism.
