The two hold outs, China and India, be careful what you say. Since this scam has become public China has joined in to cap and grab and Hu will be in Denmark with their position to cap emissions. They now of course realise they could lose billions of dollars,also Odumbo has just been here. Meanwhile the Indian PM is in Washington being bought by Odumbo
All this BS about Canada being a laggart on the climate change file makes me laugh. Harper has been saying for years that any efficient carbon reduction arrangement has to include countries such as China, India and Brazil…..

Governmeents around the world will make a killing from Cap&Trade, so yes the Liberals are for C&T. If we had a majority tory government we’d have Cap&Trade rammed down our throats whether they believed it or not. Climate change isn’t about saving the world, it’s about making money. So be prepared.
Our fed introduced income tax in 1918 to pay for the 1st world war, we’re still paying. Well now they want to introduce cap&trade to pay for saving the planet. They pulled the wool over our eyes back then, and they’re about to do it again. Once we have C&T, we’ll never be rid of it even long after the planet has been saved. Cap&Trade is forever baby!
Yeah, and not only that, but the Conservatives took Climate Change(TM) and handed it over to Afghani prison guards, who immediately took upon torturing it!
