Initially I was willing to give Mr. Colvin the benefit of the doubt and assume he was just an over-zealous bureaucrat whose interpretations of the evidence was just simply a matter of a heightened sense of moral outrage. Now I see that he was just a writer of fantasy and fiction who never had any real evidence to interpret. It all came from his imagination. I’m sure the Americans will be falling all over themselves in their eagerness to share confidential information with this doofus. I expect to see him running as a Liberal in the next election.

Yes, in fact, I think I saw Ezra Levant say the same thing — about Colvin’s potential as a Liberal candidate.

It makes me sick that he would dirty the reputation of our Canadian forces. I think General Hillier was disgusted with him.
