Climategate is evidence that the science has gone to bed with advocacy, and both have had a very good time.

How did a straight shooter like Rex ever get tangled up with those socialist, semi communist, CBC leftist loving dipsticks?

I’ve often wondered the same thing myself. He has far too much common sense for those idiots. He’s the only good thing about the CBC.

I’ve been saying this for a long time. Far too many agendas wrapped up in this whole thing. Whether it’s Van Jones and his plans to supplant capitalism, Ken Boshcoff and his plans to fund generous social programs in Central Canada off of carbon tax revenues from Alberta or George Monbiot’s plan to use Kyoto and Copenhagen as an opportunity to pave the way for a World Parliament, these scientists aren’t acting as scientists — they’re activing as activists.

And I love how many of the warm-mongers are playing this scandal down as if it’s no big deal. So who are the “deniers” now?

What really amuses me are the people who insist that the real problem is the theft of the emails. It’s basically the schoolyard bully mentality: “The problem isn’t that I did something wrong, the problem is that you told on me.”
