I hate you break it to you, but the bill that Harper is proposing goes much further than Dions Green Shift.
Carbon is priced at anywhere from 60-150$ a tonne, compared to between 20-40.
Buuuuut. You can close your eyes and pretend you didnt hear that Harper fanboy.
