Maine Human Rights Commission just as wacky as Canada’s HRCs

Good to know we’re not alone in being screwed up. After all, misery loves company.

A guy who still had all his guy parts, but felt girlie inside, wanted to use the girl’s john ’cause he prefers to be a squatter. Now, there are stalls available in the guy’s john for him to continue peeing like a girl in private. But because he’s a crybaby, he ran straight to the Maine Human Rights Commission, who eagerly pounced on the chance to force schools to cater to the totally f***ed up. And they didn’t stop at bathroom rights only…

The draft states that transgender students should have access to bathrooms appropriate for their gender identity, not their biological gender. In addition, transgender students should be provided with locker room accomodations (sic) that meet their needs, and allowed to play on the sports teams of their gender identity.

The student and the MHRC have both filed suit against the school in question; the school has asked that the suit be dismissed, but the case is still before the court. I’m not sure how it works in the US, but that sounds like it’s being decided by a real court, not the kangaroo version we have here for such cases. So, perhaps the school has a good chance of triumphing over such silliness. Then again, it’s all taking place in Obamaland.

I especially like the “allowed to play on the sports team of their gender identity” bit!

I have an idea! Every guy who can’t make it in male sports should discover he’s really a woman inside, and go join the female squad! In sports like hockey, they’d be stars, and the scholarship bucks would roll in!

Will common sense EVER prevail again?
Sigh.

Just wait until they get they’re own Transgender Jump event at the Winter Olympics, then we’ll really have to give them they’re own public bathrooms.
