You remember Guy Earle — the comedian facing the shakedown from the BCHRT on behalf of two lesbian hecklers for essentially doing what comedians have always done with hecklers: Use comedy to shut them up.
But in human “rights” la-la-land, comedy is no laughing matter.

I’ve heard lots worse tan Earl’s heckler put downs at the Montreal comedy fests. But linearity in application of the law is “unCanadian”. We’re scolds and sanctimony, hypocrisy and due process are irrelevent, We’re here to make examples and send “the right message” and it’s of little consequence to we preachy PC tyrants whose lives we destroy or that most of the time we leave the Charter burning in the gutter as we direct the angry mog to dispense political justice.
I wonder what these cloistered pontiffs of cultural Marxist dogmas wonder how long we’re going to put up with this tyranny before we simply ignore them.
You can’t really just simply ignore them, though. They’ll go ahead and hold their kangaroo court, find you guilty, issue a fine, then seize whatever assets (cash or less liquid assets) to pay the fine. I know Kathy Shaidle says to ignore them, but you really can’t. One way or another you’ll be forced to answer to them. Steyn said pretty much that, which is why he recommends playing their game to the point that you show up and laugh in their faces – belittle them.
I don’t think they have the power to enforce any jail time — they’re just concerned with shaking people down for the loot they can get. But I wonder if you’re someone who is essentially judgement-proof (no assets to speak of), if they can force the real courts to send you to jail or maybe garnishee your wages or future wages (if you’re not currently working).
Earl’s lawyer is essentially doing what the average citizen should do. Walk out on the creeps under the principle of due process being abused. If they levy fines for non tangible “damage” that is abuse of process and, as Earl’s lawyer has stated, illegal procedure. If they proceed without you, you file for a court injunction to stay proceedings against you until the tribunal answers to the court for procedural abuse.

Can you believe it, the balls of those lezzies, going after a comedian for making fun of all things, lesbians. I have never met a lesbian in my life that couldn’t laugh at a carpet munching joke, or a fag making fun of a fagger fag than he is. Let’s get real here, we have all been the subject of jokes be it gender, politics, religion, no-religion, our ethnicity, our social status our looks, our personalities. Something about all of us can be made into a funny. Laughter truly is the way to break down barriers and have us not all take ourselves too seriously. Those stunned lizbots want to ban laughter, I say fuck them and the dildo they rode in on.

It doesn’t get much better on the laughter meter with this pretend trial. I have been following it and pissing my pants laughing. You have a drunk bull dyke in a bar getting hormone hyped wishing she had a penis, threatening to smash a beer bottle to cut Earle’s throat…..hahahaha, and he is the one they want to convict of a hate crime. Free speech doesn’t mean you can say anything you want publicly.
There’s something called hate propaganda in Canada and it is illegal.
From the Criminal Code of Canada:
319. (1) Every one who, by communicating statements in any public place, incites hatred against any identifiable group where such incitement is likely to lead to a breach of the peace is guilty of
(a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or

(2) Every one who, by communicating statements, other than in private conversation, wilfully promotes hatred against any identifiable group is guilty of
(a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or
(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.
The law clearly shows you can’t just say publicly whatever you want, not in newspapers, not in broadcast, not on the Internet, and not in a night club either.
Apparently Guy Earle doesn’t understand the law.
Guy Earle did not expose any identifiable group to hatred. If anything the loud-mouthed heckling lesbian who threw water on him twice exposed him to hatred.
And her claim that she was scared is a big joke, as one witness said of her: “Pardy wasn’t frightened of Guy, just angry. She said she wanted to break her beer bottle and stab him in the neck with it.”
If he broke the Criminal Code as you claim, then this case should be heard before a real court. The only reason it’s not is because the so-called victim in this case saw a way to make some quick easy money at zero risk to herself. And the best part is a nearly guaranteed payout. But even if she “loses”, she’ll have lost nothing because it cost her nothing. And if Earle “wins”, he still loses because it’s costing him a lot of money.
And in every single “Human Ambitions” case, the taxpayer loses.
