Blazing Cat Fur has the links over at Stupid Leftist Book Of The Month Club Selection – The Armageddon Factor by Marci McDonald. Apparently it’s the end of her world.
But she’s having trouble recognizing Jews and atheists with those Christian-colored glasses she’s wearing. As Ezra says, “New Testament, Old Testamant — what’s the difference, right?”
I love this comment over at SDA: If Mark Steyn can be a Jew, then Ezra can be a Christian. Its only fair.
I think this is where Kathy would quip “Journalists: your moral and intellectual superiors!”
Question: Is this book not a clear case of Christianophobia? Someone contact the Lynch Mob! Or for a little clarity, maybe we should check with the Canadian Journalists for Freedom of Expression Except When Censorship Offers a Clear Social Benefit. Whew — that’s a doozy of a name!

They probably would get no sales at all on the book were it not for UofT and U of Zero buying it as a text book for their commie culture warrior er, uh, eh, I mean their “progressive Journalism” courses.
Bill, I think you’re on to something.
I would take it a step further though. It was probably COMMISSIONED by UofT and U of Zero, as a standing year-to-year text for training the future ranks of Human Rights & Social Justice Tribunals.
I just can’t see a profit-oriented publisher taking this kind of book on without any guarantees on sales.
NB: cross-posted this on BCF
… first it’s the evil Jews & Zionists that we should be afraid of and tirelessly expose their wicked ways at least twice a week. Now it seems The Toronto Star has added Christians as a political target to their dangerous persons list:
My response:
ANNOUNCING THE TORONTO STAR NEEDS A NEW TAG-LINE CONTEST
Here are a few of my choices. (feel free to add your own)
The Toronto Star;
1. “Where Facts Don’t Matter”
2. “We Make Stuff Up”
3. “More Half-Truths Every Day”
4. “We Have An Agenda, So Screw You”
5. “Where Bullshit-Left Misery Mongering Begins”
6. “The Best Political Fiction From Our Roster of Harlequin Romance Writers”
NB: … as Ezra clearly points out today, the Canadian Journalists for Freedom of Expression (comprised of the nation’s leading news editors and producers) also needs a new tag-line.

I’m surprised they haven’t started their campaign to promote Haroon Siddiqui to become the next Governor General.
KK, tf that happens then we all better run for the hills.
When writers get so far off the mark, it’s been ghost written or they have a tumour.
