Coming to a UK shopping centre: Squat toilets

More dhimmi “cultural accommodation” from the UK. Let’s all pee and poo like the Muzzies do:

The Exchange shopping centre is in the process of refurbishing its ladies’ and gents’ toilets, and the changes were made after managers went on a cultural training course.

It was hosted by Ghulam Rasul Shahzad, a retired Rochdale Council training officer who runs courses for the groups including the police on cultural understanding and community cohesion.

A former Labour council candidate, Mr Shahzad received the OBE from the Queen last month for his services to the community and social housing.

He was last year given a Community Crimefighter Award by the then Prime Minister, Mr Brown.

Mr Shahzad took shopping centre manager Lorenzo O’Reilly and his team on a tour around Rochdale’s Central Mosque, including a look at its toilets, as part of the course.

I love how “proponents of … the natural posture toilet claim there are health benefits to squatting, rather than sitting.” Ah, yes, spreading the myth of the dirty toilet seat. You know what’s really filthy? Squatting over an open hole that has no lid. If you’re not putting the lid down before you flush your poo, then you’re spraying fecal matter into the air and breathing it in — gross. (Never poop in a public toilet that has no lid — unless you’re absolutely desperate.) Then there’s the little fact that regular squatting can lead to urinary-tract infections and incontinence.

Again, not all cultural practices are equal. And cultures that still practice elimination by squatting should not be accommodated by more civilized people.

So where does this leave the handicapped, elderly and Mothers with kids???

If I ever see this type of official racism in this country I’ll be right in its face.

Apparently there will just be one stall in each bathroom. However, what if it’s the only one available, and you’re old or handicapped? It’s also not sanitary — no matter what they say. There is no reason to revert to some barbaric and inferior practice; it’s just more Muslims forcing others to change because they’re being allowed to get away with it.

Nobody can take advantage of you unless you let them.

I (and Freud) could say something about people that obsess over their bodily waste elimination, but that is best left to stand up comics.
