Jones goes on to express his “regrets” for the various incriminating emails which made him a global laughing stock and destroyed the credibility of the Climatic Research Unit, the IPCC and the junk science of the AGW industry generally.
But Jones also wants us to know that he’s onto the real reason for our skepticism: It suits our selfish lifestyles. Right — unlike the totally selfless, agenda-driven, Big Oil/Big Green financed, data manipulated junk science promoted by him and his fellow “scientists” and helped along by the useful MSM idiots.
We’ll remember you, Mr Jones, as one of the shrill voices of the “science is settled” crowd, belittling and ignoring real scientists who dared to contradict your “settled” science. We’ll remember you as someone who helped to ensure only data that fit your predetermined conclusion was allowed to be part of the IPCC report on climate change. We’ll remember you as someone who tried his best to cram junk science down our throats in order to advance the cause of one-world government intent on forcing carbon trading scams on all of us. But mostly I’ll remember you as an egocentric jerk, expecting to be “remembered for the science” and then having the nerve to call us realists selfish for refusing to be taken in by your AGW con job, nearly pushing us into a worldwide global warming Ponzi scheme.
