Greater Manchester Police confirmed that they are sending private security staff to the set of Coronation Street ahead of tonight’s live episode, after concerns were raised that it could be targeted by terrorists.
According to The Sun, the cast and crew will be forced to undergo full body searches upon arrival at the set.
Bollocks! Then again, Emily Bishop always did look a bit shifty to me…
All I can say is they better leave the Rovers Return alone.
