We won!
The Municipality of Clarington agrees with the Canadian Constitution Foundation’s argument that the Liberty Summer Seminar would be protected by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

They won but I did not read anywhere that the bill is being amended so this can never happen again. I guess being the good politicians they are they want to keep all options open in case they meet or hear of someone else they do not like or agree with.
