For all his education, I could see during his election campaign that Obama was just a dithering, long-winded idiot. Decisiveness (IMO) is the most important characteristic needed by a true leader.

President Obama was quick to take credit for Bin Laden’s demise, and according to the New York Times, his support has risen sharply in the polls. Yet as reported at Atlas and Pajamas Media, both who credit this source, seems Obama had nothing to do with it. In fact, had this decision been left to Obama, Osama would still evade capture.
“In my initial communication to you of these events I described what unfolded as a temporary Coup initiated by high ranking intelligence and military officials. I stand by that term. These figures worked around the uncertainty of President Obama and the repeated resistance of Valerie Jarrett. If they had not been willing to do so, I am certain Osama Bin Laden would still be alive today. ”
They say Obama was overruled. In fact, that’s not exactly accurate. He couldn’t be overruled, since he never made a ruling to begin with — he persistently hesitated. I take back what I said about Obama’s 16-hour delay; it wasn’t just dithering, it was a total abdication of his responsibility as Commander in Chief.

I’ll belive they nailed Bin Laden when they prove it beyond the shadow of a doubt. Until that time I’ll wright it off as a concocted PR stunt by a lame duck POTUS whose popularity numbers are in the sink. The spinners know something like this is numbers building patriot candy. Too much secrecy surrounding the ID of the alleged target of the raid to make me think otherwise.
That was my first inclination too, but I think that kind of deception would involve too many people. It’s humorous that they won’t release a photo of the dead bastard; they had no such qualms about Abu Ghraib photos.
I am leary to take this account at face value, because of its anonymity.
All the same, this dovetails nicely with what we know of our Prez, doesn’t it?
There’s some updates out there that seem to confirm the original account that the Navy Seals made the decision, not “Dithers” Obama. (I’ll update this post shortly.)
But, yeah, it does fit him to a tee.
