RCMP arrest illegal tobacco traders — anywhere but Caledonia where the criminals are given a pass

From Kaffir Kanuck:

So why are the Police in this country willing to charge these criminals yet let others in Caledonia flaunt the law without repercussions?

See the link above for pics of the illegal smoke shop in Caledonia.

The answer is of course, the police have been instructed by their political masters to engage in selective enforcement of the law. In this case race based smuggling and contraband is tolerated. Not only is selectively enforcing the rule of law illegal but it is unconstitutional and represents a breech of public trust. Personally I think it’s not good enough to just turf this McGuinty librano regime from office . We should investigate and prosecute this heinous malfeasance. We elect government to protect us. When they instruct police to run like yellow dogs in the face of armed violent radicals, leaving citizens to the tender mercies of barbaric renegades, the social contract with government has broken down.

I won’t hold my breath waiting for that nutless wonder Hudak to do what’s right in seeking justice for Caledonia, but certainly the citizens of Caledonia should persue ot as a class action.

Yep, I don’t know what to expect from Hudak; he seems dithering and weak. He’s now backtracking on his stance on the Ontario human rights commissions & tribunals.

I’d like to see McGuinty prosecuted too, but don’t hold your breath on that.

I think Hudak is trying to get the NDP elected. His recent idiocy on the OHRC, the Catholic School Boards and the fact that he’s refused to visit Caledonia once (and I believe he’s kept silent on this whole issue in Haldimand Tract) is shaping up to give us a choice between a conservative party that is just as Progressive as the Liberals they’re trying to usurp.

Oh, and sure, he’s announced rolling back the green energy boondoggle, but has he said what he’s planning to do so that the dismantling doesn’t yet increase the cost to the consumer even more?

I envy you leaving the province soon. Although, you are going to the very den of the loony left in the West Coast. And if you run into Libby Davies while your there, kick her right in the bunt for me. I’ll post your bail.

KK ; NO ONE in Onterrible is stupid enough to elect another Dipper Government. They’re still paying for Boob Rae’s ineptitude and his uncle Moe’s pillage of Ontario hydro.
